Salmon Cakes 2
Makes 4 or 5 servings
Ingredients
- 1 can (14.75 ounce) Salmon
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
- 1/8 teaaspoon pepper
Directions
Drain salmon and flake. Combine ingredients. Mix well.
Form into 4 or 5 patties. Pan-fry in small amount of vegetable oil until
lightly browned on both sides.
Serve on toaasted hamburger buns. Top with favorite condiments.
